Neil partnered with behavioral scientists from a University in the Netherlands to address how stress impacts motor skills and cognitive function, highlighting issues with traditional gun safes. Together, they developed an innovative solution that combines rapid, secure access with enhanced safety features, designed to protect families and prevent unauthorized firearm use.

Rob Johnson is a founding partner of Ultimate Defense Technologies, LLC. And holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration.
Prior to creating Ultimate Defense Technologies, he served in the U.S. Military as an Army Officer, and over the past thirty years has dedicated himself to entrepreneurship, successfully establishing several highly successful organizations, including SparrowOne Financial Service – an elite merchant services provider that specialized in payment security.
As someone who is always seeking better solutions for clients, Rob has been able to continually find and develop innovative solutions for complex problems in various industries. Additionally, he has always believed that innovation and customer service are the keys to success for any business.
Rob is not only a successful businessman but is also socially responsible and supports many charities such as Boys Town, Save the Children, and the Wounded Warrior Project. In his free time Rob likes to hit the gym and is an avid sports fan following several Arizona sports teams and in particular supports the Phoenix Suns and the University of Arizona basketball team.
Rob was introduced to guns and gun safety at a very young age and those lessons have stuck with him. Guns have always featured heavily in Rob’s life and their safe ownership and use are significant drivers in his significant design input on the Spartan Guardian.
Before joining Ultimate Defense Technologies, Dean earned an Associate degree in Criminal Justice and spent 3 years towards a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at
Arizona State University.
Dean is a Navy Veteran and served on a Guided Missile Cruser as an Anit-Submarine Air Controller. He also held a commercial license as a Hot Air Balloon Pilot. Dean has 5-years experience as a Warehouse / Shipping manager for United Dairyman of Arizona.
Dean has 14-years of sales experience. With a solid foundation in sales across diverse industries, he is adept at driving sales and managing sales personnel to align with organizational goals.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dean had dedicated 3-years as a Yavapai Search & Rescue volunteer. Dean is also a family man who enjoys spending quality time with his 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
As a founding partner of UDT, Neil’s overriding priority is to bring original personal and property security products to the market, especially considering the global increase in burglary and theft incidents.
A former serving member of the Royal Air Force Neil trained as an engineer at the RAF’s No.1 school of engineering and has since added public speaking, training, Six-Sigma black belt and PMP certifications to his qualifications. With a background in product development and working closely with approvals agencies, as well as having held board and VP positions with international companies, Neil has helped to create UDT with the aim of improving safety and security in all walks of life, kicking-off with the Spartan Guardian handgun security system.
Using the experience gained by visiting over 100 countries on business, Neil can see the importance of UDT’s products in the global marketplace, in particular where our products can be targeted.
Away from the office and workshop Neil devotes his time to his family and supporting an obscure English soccer team (Portsmouth FC in case you wondered). Due to time spent living and working in the US he also enjoys watching Arizona-based sports teams, but after many years still cannot even begin to fathom the rules of football. Coming from a mixed family of soldiers, sailors, airmen and police officers Neil’s charity support focuses on the welfare of military and first responder veterans, both within the UK and US.
Anita Fritzsching professional career started when she moved from Chicago, Ill to Phoenix, Arizona. She started with a small Computer company in which she wore many hats. In her role she ran the entire warehouse, shipping and receiving dept, provided customer service to clients and assisted the Sales Manager. She always was willing to help all departments whenever there was a need.
As an accomplished professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience leading procurement operations within the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry. She has proven success managing corporate purchasing functions from market research, vendor selection, price negotiations and contract development. Within this role it has taught her how to be skilled in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing solutions.
